- Get the ingredients ready- grate the paneer, and roughly chop the onion, garlic, green chilli and tomato.

- In a wok, heat the vegetable oil and crackle mustard seeds. Saute the garlic and green chilli for a few seconds and then add the onions and tomato along with some salt. It just needs to fade in color, doesn't really have to get golden brown.
